PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

1. It is a one-component moisture-curing polyurethane sealant with good sealing performance and cohesion.
2. It is non-corrosive and non-polluting to the substrate to be adhered, no pollution to the environment, and has         good adhesion to various substrates such as metals.
3. It meets the requirements of QC/T 1024-2015.

APPLICATIONS

1. Suitable for car body sheet metal, welding seam, box body sealing, after-sale sheet metal maintenance sealing of carts.
2. Suitable for the sealing maintenance of the roof, machinery, air conditioner air slot interface and other parts.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

Store below 90°F (32°C) in a dry place. JOINTSEAL JPU40 polyurethane sealant has a usable life of 12months from date of manufacture. Refer to product packaging for use-by date.
 

LIMITATIONS

1. Substrate and use environment should be verified before use to ensure bonding effect and compatibility with the substrate.
2. Not suitable for the surface of the substrate which is frozen, wet and with silicone oil, nor for silicone rubber.
3. Avoid direct contact withu ncured silicone, MS adhesives, alcohol or as they will hinder the normal curing of PU sealant.
