Jointseal Fast curing 401 is a low viscosity,fast curingsingle component Cyanoacry late Adhesive.It is specifically for difficult to bond substrates,paticularly suitable for bonding plastic or rubber(EPM)parts,where very fast fixing isrequired.

It is a one-component,solvent-free system and cures without use of atalyst,heat or clamps.

When athin layer applied between two surfaces comes into contact with atmospheric moisture,a rapid poly merization occursproducing the ultimate bond.

Storage Limitations Of Use

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:+5°Cto+45ºC
1.Surface must be clean,dry andfee from grease and old glue.Masksmooth surfaceto simplify clean up.Apply to one surface only.
2.Apply to one surface,using I drop per square inch of surface.
3.Assemble partsand hold together with pressure for 15seoonds or until set.
4.Apply suitable pressure on bonding substrates.Clean off excess adhesive with acetone.
5.Where cure speed is unacceptably long due to lars gsps,applying activator to the surface willimprove cure speed.


USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

12months in unopened packages in acool and dry storage place at temperatures between+5ºCand 27ºC,humidity between 30%and70%.Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.
To prevent contamination of unused product,do not return any material to its original container.


LIMITATIONS

1.To the substrate that the surface temperature eweeds+50ºC or apply at temperatures below 5ºC
2.Not suit for allsurfaces that bleed oil,plasticizers or solvents such as wood immersed in oil,oil crack fillr,and some uncured orsulfurized fat and to surface Where is wet.
3.To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.
4.Do not use for structural glazing
5.Not recommended for continuous water immersion applications.
