Applications
Prepare the end of the cartridge before or after inserting into the sealant gun then fit the nozzle
Extrude sealant into the joint ensuring that it comes into full contact with the sides of the joint and avoiding any air entrapment.

1. Adequate for inside and outside applications
2. Water clean-up of uncured sealant.
3. Joints between wooden and metal window frames
4. Can be painted over using water based paints
5. Non-toxic.

Finishing
As soon as possible after application,sealant must be firmly tooled against the joint sides to ensure adequate adhesion and a smooth finish.Use a compatible tooling agent to smooth the joint surface.Do not use tooling products containing solvents.

LIMITATIONS

1.Do  not  apply  acrylic  sealant  at  temperatures  below  5ºC.
2.Do  not  use  acrylic  sealant  in  areas  subject  to  constant  water  immersiontapes
3.Unsuitable   for  permanently  flexible  sealing,for cars or spaces where wet  conditions exist,e.g.aquaria,foundations and swimming   pools.
4.Protect  uncured  acrylic  sealant  from  rain  or  water  for  approximately  3  hours  after  application.
5.The  cured  sealant  may  be  over-painted  with  most  paints,however,a  test  is  advised.As  soon  as  a  tough skin  has  formed  most water based paints  can be  applied.For  oil based paints  wait  24  hours  or more before painting

How to use

1.Temperature:+5 to 45ºC(40 to 115°F)(ideal 20ºC±5ºC[68°F±9°FJ).
2.Relative  humidity:Ideal  between 15 and 50%,maximum  85%.
3.Outdoor:Surface  must  be  at  a  temperature  at  least  3ºC(5°F)higher  than  dew  point.
4.Do not apply in direct  sunlight.Application conditions must be maintained during product application and drying.
5.Apply when no rain is expected within 8 hours.
6.Low  temperatures  extend  drying  time.

SUBSTRATE   PREPARATION
The  substrate  must  be  sound,clean,dry  and  free  of all  contaminants  such  as  dirt,rust,oil,grease,cement laitance,old  sealants  and poorly bonded paint coatings which could affect adhesion sealant.The substrate should be of sufficient strength to manage with the stresses  induced by the  sealant  during movement.Removal techniques  such  as wire brushing,grinding,sanding  or  other  suitable mechanical tools can be used.All dust,loose and friable maDterial must be completely removed from all surfaces before application of  sealant.
