Jointseal JS250 Polyurethane Sealant Primer is one-component , black liquid.

It is suitable for between glass with black ceramic border and painted frame's bonding for precoat , improve to sealant bonding for substrates.

It is a type of strong bonding material that is commonly used in construction, woodworking and automotive industries. it is a versatile adhesive that canbond various materials, including wood, metal, plastic and glass. Polyurethane adhesiveis waterproof, heat resistant and provides a strong, flexible bond that can with stand heavy loads and stress.

 

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Suitable for promoting the adhesion of other PUR adhesives/sealants to glass, glass caramic, various plastics and metals.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

Store below 90°F (32°C) in a dry place. JOINTSEAL primer 250 has a usable life of 12months from date of

manufacture. Refer to product packaging for use-by date.

RESTRICTIONS

1. Keep away from children.
2. Avoid contacting with skin and eye. For skin contacted, remove the sealant by cloth, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. For eye contacted, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact physician.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:+5ºC to +45ºC

1.Clean with a cleaning agent,to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean(JOINTSEAD also provide the cleaning agent for yourconvenience).
2.Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries,around 1~2mins ater.You can use two different cloth,one for cleaning agent,and the otherfor sealant.(Notice that the two can't be mixed use together,and the second cloth will be better purified cotton and no picking).
3.For better appearance,cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
4.Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas.Tool immediately after sealant application,make it smooth and removemasking tape before sealant skins.
