Jointseal RTV N41 is a One-part,Neutral-cure,RTV Silicone Gasket Maker,medium-sized silicone rubber,asingle-component room temperature vulkanzed elastomer gasket,designed to provide a reliable"on-site molding"gasket for mechanical components.
1.It is a medium-sized silicone rubber,a sinele-component room temperature vulcanized elastomer gasket,desiened to provide a reliable"on-site molding"gesket for mechanical components.
2.At room temperature,it reacts with moisture in the air to solidify to form an elastomer,which can replace the gssket to play a sealingrole,and can also be used as a gsket dressing.
3.It is resistant to aeing weathering and thermal cycling and will not harden,shrink or crack under these conditions.
4.It has the properties of heat resistance,oil resistance,migration resistance and crack resistance.
5.It an withstand operatingenvironments to 300ºCintermittent.
6.It meets the requirements of JB/T 7311-2008.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:+5Cto+45ºC
1.In order to achieve the best bonding effect,the surface of the material should be clean,dry,free of grease,oil,etc.
2.When used as a gsket,please apply the adhesive to the bonding surface to form a continuous aprons.The gue around the screw holealso needs to be coated.
3.Before the surface is dy,fasten with bolts accordingto the requirements of use.Afer 2 hours,the bolt continues to be rotated 1/4 turnto 1/2 turm:
4.Leave for at least 24 hours,afer the adhesive cures by itself,an elastic sealing gsket will be formed
5.When used as an auxiliary material for gaskets,after applying a layer of sealant on the construction surface,please place a cutingwasher,and then apply a layer of sealant on the cutting washer
6.After removing the excess sealant,please assemble the parts immediately.
