PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1.The product's main component is modified polyvinyl acetate (PVAC) resin which gives good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.
2. It is obtained by emulsion polymerization with water as the dispersing medium. It is a water environmental friendly adhesive.
3. It has the characteristics of good film forming, high bonding strength, fast curing speed, good resistance to dilute acid and alkali, and no organic solvent.

APPLICATIONS

1. It is widely used to bond leather, making plywood, paper, cloth, complex board, color printing carton and wood skin etc.
2. It applies to furniture manufacturing and decorating industry, for fiberboard, decorative plates, wood, etc.
3. It is suitable for edge gluing, face gluing, laminating, finger jointing, doweling, veneering and paper foiling applications.

 

LIMITATIONS

1. Not suitable for bonding plastics.

2. To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.

3. May not bond some coated papers e.g. wax coated paper, polyethylene coated paper.

4. Not suitable for hot enviroment.

5. One surface must be porous.

 

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

Store below 90°F (32°C) in a dry place. JOINTSEAL JS201 PVA white glue has a usable life of 12 months from date of manufacture. Refer to product packaging for use-by date.
