Storage Limitations Of Use

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

9 months in unopened packages in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between+5ºC and 27ºC,humidity between 30%and70%.Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature and humidity range.
To prevent contaminat ion of unused product,do not return any material to its original container.

RESTRICTIONS

1.Substrate and use environment should be verified before use to ensure bonding effect and compatibity with the substrate
2.Not suitable forthe surface of the substrate which is frozen,wet and with silicone oil,nor for slicone rubber.
3.Avoid direct contact withu ncured silicone,MS adhesives,alcohol or as they will inderthe normal curing of PU sealant.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:+5ºCto+45ºC

1.The minimum operatingtemperature is 5ºC;
2.The surface to be bonded should be clean,dry,fre of grease,oi,ete.
3.For support,open the sealingfim on the top of the ubber cylinder and screw on the nozzle,then cut the nozzle to obtain the desiredangle and size,and finally put therubber cylinder into the gue gun and pull the triger to hit the gue.
4.For sausage flling open one end of the sausage packaging put it into the bare gue gun body,and then install he end cap and nozzle,pull the trigger to hit the glue.
5.Maintain unform and suffcient pressure to make the sealant extrude evenly.
6.For the primer,no activator and/or primer can be used.
