APPLICATIONS

  1. It is widely used in metal, wood, glass, leather goods, ceramics,       ABS plastic and other material objects of the spraying or mending.

   2. It is suitable for the surface of vehicle, machinery, dashboard, home     appliance and other metal, the wood with treated surface,   glass, ABS plastic.

3. Its paint film has high plumpness, adhesion and rich colors, strong decoration and protection functions.

4. It is used for the spray and maintenance of various substrate.

 

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

Store below 90°F (32°C) in a dry place. JOINTSEAL SPRAY PAINT has a usable life of 12months from date of

manufacture. Refer to product packaging for use-by date.

RESTRICTIONS
    1. Do not use in Confined Spaces.Provide adequate ventilation.
    2. Do not smoke while using this product.Stay away from fire.
    3. To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.
    4. Do not use for structural glazing.
    5. Contact with solvent based contact glue.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +8ºC and 28ºC, humidity between 30% and
70%. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.
To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container.

COLOR & PACKAGE
White, Beige, Yellow, Different colours are available.
Iron Can: 300mL, 400mL, Different packages are available.

LIMITATIONS&DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates
Not suitable for permanent water load.
Not suitable for use (egfilling) in cavities with insufficient moisture
 

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:+5ºCto+45ºC
   1. Cleanse with a cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean (JOINTSEAL also provide the cleaning agent for your
      convenience).
   2. Fill vertical gaps from the bottom up (pay attention to foam expansion).
   3. Turn off the flow adjustment screw clockwise direction when finishing.
   4. Before curing, foam can be moved and cleaned with PU cleaner either with the gun or with adapter. Cleaning of the screw adapter with
      cleaner is recommended.
