Jointseal N100+ silicone weatherproof sealant is a one part neutral curing sealant which is cured at room temperature,and used s a high-quality silicone sealant for construction.

It shows exellent adhesion to many architecture materals such as gas,coated gass,anodized aluminum,granite and coated metalwithout primer.

It is a high ultimate tensile strength sealant,ideal for structural bonding and protective glass applications.

It meets the requiements of GB16776,ASTM C1184 and ETAG 002.

Storage Limitations Of Use

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

12 months in unopened packages in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between+5ºCand 27ºC,humidity between 30%and70%.Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.
To prevent contamination of unused product,do not return any material to its original container.


LIMITATIONS

1.To the substrate that the surface temperature exceeds+50ºCor apply at temperatures below 5ºC
2.To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.
3.Do use for structural glazing
4.To allsurfaces that bleed oil,plasticizers or solvents such as wood immersed in oil,oil crack fller,and someuncured or sulfur zed fatand to surface Where is wet.


DIRECTIONS FOR USE

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:+5ºC to +45ºC
1.Surface must be clean and free from gease and old gue.Mask smooth surface to simplify clean up.
2.Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries,around 1~2mins later.You can use two different cloth,one for cleaning agent,and the other forsealant.(Notice that the two can't be mixed use together,and the second cloth willbe better purified cotton and no picking).
3.For better appearance,cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
4.Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas.Tool immediately after sealant application,make it smooth and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
