JPU30 is one-component moisture curable polyurethane based sealant with exellent bonding and sealing performance.
It's no corrosion and pollution to substrates,environmental friendly,no bubbles during application,smooth and fine appearance ete3.It focuses on the original windshield installation projects for cars,buses,trucks,trains,ete.
It meets the requirement for CE,Pony and FMVSS 212.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
1.It is used for bonding and sealing of fied glass and body parts in automotive,trucks,busses,aeronautical and marine industry,farm,construction,caravan,ship building and railway industry.
2.It is suitable for sealing seam sealing simple bonding as wellas foribration reduction and sound deadening measuresin crash body repairand car body construction.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE
Optimal storage is at the lower halfof this temperature range and humidity rangeTo prevent contamination of unused product,do not return any material to its original container.
RESTRICTIONS
1.Avoid exposure to high level of chlorine.
2.Do not cure in the presence of curing silicone sealant.
3.Will not adhere to some plastics such as polyethy lene,polypropy lene and Teflon.
4.It not be applied outdoors if it is likely to be rained upon within 2 hours of application.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:+5ºC to+45ºC
1.Clean with a cleaning agent,to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean(JOINTSEAL also provide the cleaning agent for yourconvenience)
2.Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries,around l~2mins later.You can use two different cloth,one for cleaning agent,and the otherfor sealant.(Notice that the two can't be mixed use together,and the second cloth will be better purified cotton and no picking)
3.For better appearance,cover outside ofjoint areas with masking taps before application.
4.Cut nozzle to desired sizeand extrude sealant to joint areas.Toolimmediately after sealant application,make it smooth and removemasking tape before sealant skins.
