Product Description

1. It is a one-component, CFC free, ready to use, multi-purpose Polyurethane foam adhesive and mouting foam with non-flammable
      propellant. It is fitted with a plastic adaptor head for use with a foam application gun or a straw.
2. It is very good for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical insulation.
3. The cured foam is self extinguishable, rigid and has a fine structure with partly closed cells.

APPLICATIONS

  1. It is recommended for a wide range of applications: insulating, mounting, bonding, soundproofing and sealing installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames ,filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities.
   2. It is used for connecting of insulation materials and roof construction; Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

Store below 90°F (32°C) in a dry place. JOINTSEAL A1 PU foam has a usable life of 12months from date of

manufacture. Refer to product packaging for use-by date.

RESTRICTIONS
   1. To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.
   2. Not for using in areas of constant water immersion.
   3. Do not use for structural glazing.
   4. Joints where abrasion and physical abuse are encountered.
   5. Will not adhere to some plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene and Teflon.
   6. Contact with solvent based contact glue.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +8ºC and 28ºC, humidity between 30% and
70%. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.
To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container.

LIMITATIONS&DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates
Not suitable for permanent water load.
Not suitable for use (egfilling) in cavities with insufficient moisture
 

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:+5ºCto+45ºC
   1. Cleanse with a cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean (JOINTSEAL also provide the cleaning agent for your
      convenience).
   2. Fill vertical gaps from the bottom up (pay attention to foam expansion).
   3. Turn off the flow adjustment screw clockwise direction when finishing.
   4. Before curing, foam can be moved and cleaned with PU cleaner either with the gun or with adapter. Cleaning of the screw adapter with
      cleaner is recommended.
