PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

1. Jointseal PU40 is one-component moisture curable polyurethane sealant. It has excellent bonding and sealing

performance.
2. No corrosion and pollution to substrates, environment friendly, no bubbles during application, smooth and fine appearance etc.

3. Its how excellent adhesion to all ement based materials, brick ceramics, polyurethane, epoxy, most polyesters, most metals     and timbers.
4. It  meets the requirement for CE and GB/T30982-2014.

APPLICATIONS

1. Suitable for areas where low movement, high resistance to penetration and pressure are required.
2. For water proofing of air face on bridges, tunnels and drainage pipe.
3. For precast panel, concrete internal wall and stone bonding and sealing.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

Store below 90°F (32°C) in a dry place. JOINTSEAL PU40 polyurethane sealant has a usable life of 12 months from date of manufacture. Refer to product packaging for use-by date.

LIMITATIONS

1.Avoid exposure to high level of chlorinum.

2.Do not cure in the presence of curingsilicone sealant.

3.Will not adhere to some plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene.

4.It not be applied outdoors if it is likely to be rained upon within 2 hours of application.
