1. lt is a one-component, silicate sealant designed for fireblocking in residential construction, industrial use and other high-temperature applicat ions.
2. Properly applied and cured, it forms permanent, non-combustible and non-sagging bonding that prevents the spread of fire and smok3. lt is tested to and passed the criteria of fire resistance of Level Al in GB 8624-2012.

APPLICATIONS

1. lt is widely used in high temperature equipment maintenance and refractory welding,such as exhaust pipe, high temperature pipe, boiler, etc.
2. Insulation of joints and filling of cracks in chimneys, ovens, fireplaces and stoves, suitable for sealing soot doors
3. lt can be used for welding steel plate and rock wool in offiee building, hotel and yacht
4. Adheres to metal, stone, brick and concrete substrates

LIMITATIONS

1.To the substrate that the surface temperature exceeds +50ºC or apply at temperatures below 5ºC.

2.To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.

3.Do use for structural glazing.

4.To all surfaces that bleed oil, plasticizers or solvents such as wood immersed in oil, oil crack filler, and some uncured or sulfur zed fat and to surface where is wet.

How to use:
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
  Store below 90F(32ºC) in a dry place. JOINTSEAL General Purpose Silicone Sealant has a usable life of 12 months from date of manufacture.
