Jointseal RTV H41 is a medium-sized silicone rubber,asingle-component room temperature vulkanzed elastomer gasket,designed to provide a reliable"on-site molding"gasket for mechanical components.

1.At room temperature,it reacts with moisture in the air to solidify to form an elastomer,which can replace the gsket to play asealingrole,and can also be used as a gasket dressing.

2.It sresistant to aging weathering and thermal eycling and will not harden,shrink or crack under these conditions.

3.It has the properties of heat resistance,oil resstance,migation restance and crack resistance.

4.It can withstand operating environments to 527°F(275ºC)intermittent.

5.It meets the requirements of JB/T 7311-2008.

Storage Limitations Of Use

APPLICAT1ON TEMPERATURE:+5°Cto+45ºC
1.In order to achieve the best bondingeffect,the surface of the material should be clean,dry,free of gease,oil,ete.
2.When used as a gsket,please apply the adhesive to the bonding surface to form a continuous aprons.The gue around the screw holealso needs to be coated.
3.Befor the surface is dry,fasten with bolts accordingto the requiremients of use.After 2 hours,the bolt continues to be rotated 1/4 turnto 1/2 turn.


USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

Store below 90°F(32ºC)in a dry place.JOINTSEAL high-temp RTV Silicone Sealant has a usable life of 12 months fromdate of manuacture.Refer to product packaging for use-by date.


LIMITATIONS

·Jointseal H41 RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is not adapted to structural fitting and following situations:
·To all surfaces that bleed oil,plasticizers or solvents such as wood immersed in oil,oil crack filer,and some uncured or sulfurzed fat and to surface where is wet.
·To the substrate that the surface temperature exceeds +45ºC or apply at temperatures below 5ºC.
·To closed or confined areas where sealant cure may be inhabited by lack of air(silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure).
·To use in construction or sealing of aquariums.
·To the circumstances as immersed in water for a long time.
·Do not contact with neutral silicone sealant.
